Job Summary

  • This role works closely with the Director of F&B, Outlet Managers and other hotel departments to assist with guest enquiries, outlet reservations, group bookings, financial administration and menu management.
  • Assist with replying to guest feedback and online reviews related to F&B experiences.
  • Discounts for ambassadors, as well as their families and friends, at Accor Hotels, worldwide
