Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • Industrial Quality experience in microelectronics
  • ISO 9001 and sector-specific standards knowledge
  • 8D problem solving and AMDEC methodology
  • Lean Management Green or Black Belt certification
  • Advanced statistical analysis tools like JMP or Minitab

Nice-to-have

  • Leadership without direct authority
  • Strong synthesis and analytical thinking

Key Requirements
