• PhD with 4+ years industry experience or MS with 8+ years or BS with 10+ years
• Demonstrated expertise in biologics and data science
• Experience with data architecture tools (Airflow, DBT, Kafka, etc.)
• Experience building visualizations (Spotfire, JMP, Power BI)
• Ability to teach biologists data science fundamentals
