Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field
5+ years of manufacturing experience
2 years in a supervisory role
Strong knowledge of production processes, quality control, PDCA, Lean, KAIZEN, and 5S
Leadership skills
Good problem-solving and analytical thinking skills
Effective communication, coordination, and decision-making abilities
Familiar with safety standards and compliance requirements
