  • The duties and responsibilities for the APP working in Hospital Medicine include but not are limited to obtaining and performing medical history and physical exams, recording and interpreting data, formulating and implementing treatment plans, maintaining communication with patient and families regarding medical care, collaborating with the multidisciplinary care team, and actively participating in multidisciplinary rounds where needed.
  • As a High Reliability Organization (HRO), responsibilities require focus on safety, quality and efficiency in performing job duties.
