Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or manufacturing
  • 5+ years experience in quality management roles
  • 5+ years demonstrated management leadership experience
  • Solid understanding of Quality Systems and SPC
  • Knowledge of ITAR, PPAP, ISO9001, AS9100C standards
  • Experience with Lean Manufacturing principles

Nice-to-have

  • Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification
  • Ability to act as a change agent
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Proven ability to drive process improvements
  • Experience qualifying new suppliers and raw materials

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, manufacturing or related field
  • 5+ years experience in manufacturing or quality-related roles
  • 5+ years demonstrated experience in a management/leadership role
  • Eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship
