As Client Reporting-Team Lead, you will ensure the team meets accuracy and timeliness criteria, and be the key point of contact for internal/external clients.
You will collaborate with internal and external groups to identify, analyze and proactively resolve issues, and assist in developing new workflow approaches and system enhancements.
The role requires comprehensive knowledge of the overall process and operating model, and the ability to identify and escalate risk issues, breaches, and suspicious transactions.
