  • Ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty by ensuring agreements and commitments made with them are respected, and respond to customer questions in a timely manner.
  • Develop the skills, overall performance, and motivation of your team of technicians, and ensure an adequate level of resources in the short and medium term.
