Must-have

  • Demonstrable work experience as a recruiter
  • Strong ability to carry out different types of interviews

  • Fluent in Spanish and English (C1 Level min.)

Nice-to-have

  • Knowledge of HR databases and ATS systems
  • Additional languages such as French or Portuguese
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resource Management
  • Temporary position duration of 6 months minimum
  • Fluency in Spanish and English at C1 level minimum
