Job Summary

  • As the Engineering Director of Growth Product, you will lead the Engineering teams responsible for architecting and scaling the backend systems that power OKX’s global user growth engine.
  • This is a high-impact leadership position, working cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Growth, and Data teams to build intelligent, scalable, and data-driven systems that drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention.
