Job Summary
The Lead Installation Manager shall be responsible for the design, planning, coordination, and execution of all Transportation and Installation (T&I) activities related to the offshore HVDC cable installation works, ensuring compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and contractual obligations.
The Lead Installation Manager is responsible for the technical management and execution oversight of the HVDC Marine package of work, covering all aspects of Transport and Installation (T&I) from engineering through to handover.

Base: up to £86,500 per year; Bonus/Equity: 20% Annual Bonus; Benefits: £450p/m Car Allowance and Private Healthcare

Key Requirements
Minimum 5 years' experience in offshore cabling or subsea disciplines
at least 2 years at Lead Engineer level or equivalent
Direct experience in technical management of EPC contracts
Proven track record of safely managing complex offshore works
