Job Summary

  • The Lead Installation Manager shall be responsible for the design, planning, coordination, and execution of all Transportation and Installation (T&I) activities related to the offshore HVDC cable installation works, ensuring compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and contractual obligations.
  • The Lead Installation Manager is responsible for the technical management and execution oversight of the HVDC Marine package of work, covering all aspects of Transport and Installation (T&I) from engineering through to handover.

Base: up to £86,500 per year; Bonus/Equity: 20% Annual Bonus; Benefits: £450p/m Car Allowance and Private Healthcare

Key Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in offshore cabling or subsea disciplines
  • at least 2 years at Lead Engineer level or equivalent

  • Proven track record of safely managing complex offshore works
