Manages and oversees litigation and dispute resolution, including pre-litigation matters, supervision of outside counsel, and advising on risk, exposure, and resolution strategies.
Advises on regulatory compliance and risk management, including interpretation and application of federal and state healthcare laws, responses to audits and investigations, and development of policies and procedures.
