Job Summary
Source and analyze investment opportunities, structuring and executing the acquisition of real estate deals in Asia-Pacific or any other allocated markets.
Perform asset management duties in accordance to approved business plans and manage external relationships, including lenders, consultants and property managers.
Maintain financial models for private funds (Americas portfolio) and be involved in supporting and coordinating internal and external debt financing discussions.
