As a Technical Lead – Windows Server Operations you will play a key role in providing 24x7 front line support to Windows Server Operating Systems, Windows clustering, VMware and Hyper-V virtualization, and Server Hardware.
Responsibilities include triaging complex incidents, fulfill client requests, performing infrastructure changes, and ensuring that Service Level Agreements are met.

Key Requirements
3-5 years of Windows Server support
3-5 years of experience with server hardware
