Lead customer adoption project teams to drive adoption of Diligent’s GRC solutions and support business development activities.
Act as a trusted advisor, leveraging deep domain and practical GRC skills to help customers realize their risk and compliance program vision.
Partner with Product Managers, Sales, and Client Partners to enhance customer experience, identify expansion opportunities, and drive product adoption.

Key Requirements
7+ years practitioner experience in Audit, Internal/Regulatory Compliance, or Risk Management
2-4 years experience running Risk or Compliance Programs
2-4 years managing large-scale technology product implementations
FedRAMP experience required
Experience with CMMC and NIST frameworks
Experience with formal governance frameworks (PMI, PMP, PRINCE2, federal program standards)
