Job Summary

  • The primary purpose of this position is to ensure adequate and appropriate staffing of the facility nursing department to meet the needs of the residents based on budget, census, and as may be directed by facility administration.
  • Essential duties include maintaining employee records, coordinating schedules, assisting employees with forms, and reporting staffing issues to the Director of Nursing Services.
  • The role requires the ability to cope with mental and emotional stress, work effectively with residents and personnel, and potentially push, pull, move, and/or lift a minimum of 25 pounds.

Key Requirements

  • High school education or equivalent
  • Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English
