Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • Receive and respond to 911 calls
  • Monitor CCTV and intrusion detection systems
  • Perform emergency medical dispatch instructions
  • Utilize computer-aided dispatch (CAD) system
  • Maintain radio logs and incident reports

Nice-to-have

  • Experience with MS Office and databases
  • Prior experience in dispatch or security roles
  • Ability to work varying shift hours

Key Requirements

  • US Citizenship required for Secret Clearance
  • Must maintain Secret US Government Clearance
  • Valid state driver's license and MVR check
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • PILB Certification capability
  • Minimum age of 21 years
