Job Summary

  • This role supports the onboarding and qualification of manufacturing personnel by coordinating bootcamp training programs within a regulated GMP environment.
  • The coordinator is responsible for creating agendas, tracking role-based training in the TMS, and ensuring clear GMP expectations from Day One.
  • Candidates must have strong communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally with Manufacturing, Quality, and Training teams.

Key Requirements
