Job Summary

• Responsible for maintaining and installing, diagnosing, repairing, maintaining and upgrading desktop computers and related desktop hardware and software to ensure optimal performance.
• Analyze current customer configuration and migrate as needed.
• Troubleshoot in-person, by telephone, or via email in a timely and accurate fashion to provide end-user assistance and repair hardware and network connectivity issues.
