Key Requirements
Pharmacy Intern License issued by the Arkansas State Board of Pharmacy at the start of residency, OR Arkansas Pharmacist License - must obtain within 120 days from the start of residency (for PGY1)
Completion of an ASHP-accredited PGY1 program OR currently enrolled and completing an ASHP-accredited PGY1 program (for PGY2)
Pharmacist License issued by the Arkansas State Board of Pharmacy (for PGY2)
