Job Summary

Functions as an interdisciplinary health care team member collaborating with other health care professionals in assessing patient/family needs and developing a comprehensive plan of care.
Assures key regulatory requirements are met as defined by CMS, Virginia Department of Behavioral Health and Developmental Services, The Joint Commission, and other regulatory bodies.

Key Requirements
Master’s degree in behavioral health discipline
Eligible for or licensed as LCSW or LPC in Virginia
CPR (AHA Healthcare Provider) certification
CPI certification within 90 days of hire
Minimum two years experience in assessments and evaluations
