  • The position supports the CoE Social Policies and Rewards department in developing group-wide HR concepts and processes related to compensation structures and labor conditions.
  • The role involves assisting with projects on Compensation & Benefits and supporting routine HR processes such as salary rounds and job evaluations.
  • Candidates will engage in research on labor law, corporate constitution law, and international tax and social security law, as well as preparing communications and presentations.
