Job Summary
The position supports the CoE Social Policies and Rewards department in developing group-wide HR concepts and processes related to compensation structures and labor conditions.
The role involves assisting with projects on Compensation & Benefits and supporting routine HR processes such as salary rounds and job evaluations.
Candidates will engage in research on labor law, corporate constitution law, and international tax and social security law, as well as preparing communications and presentations.
