Key Requirements
3-5+ years' experience as Business Analyst or Product Analyst
Experience with publications management, medical affairs, or life sciences platforms preferred
Demonstrated experience translating business needs into testable requirements
Proven ability to lead UAT, manage defects
Experience triaging and resolving application issues
