  • The role is to develop and implement a unified approach to the process of continuous improvement in the department with intent to deliver high quality products through lean processes and efficient valuable to high standards maintained by CommScope.
  • This position has organizational functions and multi-functional interactions with Internal Customers, Operations, Planning, Purchasing, Supply Base, Quality etc. to support ongoing opportunities to improve the process.
  • The Engineer - CPI is responsible for four key areas of Continuous Process Improvement related to the elements of the site / BU, is responsible for: Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Education, Facilitator.
