Job Summary
Workday is building a broad portfolio of AI agents and AI-powered products across HR, Finance, Planning, Contracts, Payroll, Talent, and employee experiences.
This role works closely with AI Product Managers and Outbound Product Managers to understand product capabilities, limitations, and direction, then translates that insight into clear, repeatable pre-sales approaches.
The annualized base salary ranges for the primary location and any additional locations are listed below.

Salary
Primary Location Base Pay Range: $114,400 USD - $171,600 USD; Additional US Location(s) Base Pay Range: $96,600 USD - $171,600 USD; Bonus/Equity: May be eligible for Workday Bonus Plan or role-specific commission/bonus, as well as annual refresh stock grants.

Key Requirements
3+ years of experience in product management
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or equivalent
