Manages production operations such as machining, processing, and assembly while developing employees and collaborating with cell leaders to meet customer commitments.
Ensures compliance with quality standards like IATF 16949 2016 and ISO 9001-2015 and participates in strategic priorities and quality improvement initiatives.
