  • Enterprise HCM Payroll implementation

  • Process improvement initiatives
  • Basic technical debugging
  • Programming languages (PHP Laravel, Java, .NET)

Key Requirements

  • 1 year of experience in HCM implementation
  • 2 or more full cycle enterprise HCM Payroll implementations
  • Oracle HCM experience
  • Experience with integration tools
  • Knowledge of database management systems
  • Local statutory requirements knowledge
