  • As a Training Specialist, you will work closely with the Training Manager to deliver high‑quality training programs that set new team members up for high safety standards, confidence, and success.
  • You will also play a key role in identifying ongoing development opportunities for existing team members, supporting compliance, continuous improvement and capability uplift across the site.
