  • Ensure all business applications are fully operational, providing day-to-day support to end- users, and resolve issues promptly.
  • Collaborate with the IT and Operational teams to identify needs, develop or customise applications, and support implementation new features.
  • Provide direct hands-on support to users and create/maintain process documentation to improve IT system understanding across the organisation.
