Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Food Science, Microbiology, or applicable field
  • 5 years of supervisory/lead experience in manufacturing
  • 2+ years in a manager capacity
  • 5 years of quality assurance experience
  • Experience in WCM, Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing
  • Experience working with HAACP and other QA regulations
