Job Summary

• This internship provides hands-on exposure to real estate financial analysis, market research, and the operational side of institutional-quality multifamily assets.
• The intern will play an integral role in underwriting property management opportunities, leveraging internal and third-party data sources to evaluate market conditions and support financial assumptions.
