This role involves implementing production, cost, and quality control mechanisms, overseeing operations to ensure schedules and performance requirements are met, and managing staffing, development, and performance management programs for operations staff.
The Area Manager will manage relationships with business, sales, and engineering, define and manage required service levels, and coordinate strategies, communications, and joint initiatives for the facility.
