  • The Property Manager (PM) is responsible for providing direct management oversight for the assigned Industrial Properties, maximizing NOI and asset value on behalf of JLL clients.
  • As the Property Manager (PM), you will provide leadership to your team and outstanding customer service to your clients, while managing an industrial portfolio, and are responsible for all aspects of client and tenant satisfaction.

Key Requirements

  • Minimum of three (3) years commercial property management experience
  • Recent experience in office, retail, industrial, or healthcare
  • Strong financial acumen and budget preparation experience
  • Familiarity with building systems and lease administration
  • CA Real Estate License required within 6 months
  • Experience using Yardi, Kardin, or MRI
  • Proven track record of results
