Vodafone is seeking a Senior Specialist in Organisation Effectiveness and Change to drive initiatives related to organisational design, efficiency, and cultural transformation. The ideal candidate should have at least five years of relevant experience and strong skills in strategic alignment, analytics, and change management

Job Summary

  • The role is accountable to drive the Organisation Effectiveness (OE) agenda and will be required to provide subject matter expertise and guidance to the HR teams as required.
  • Work closely with functional leaders, executive leaders, HRBP to align functions to the business strategy through proactive and continuous diagnosis of organisational effectiveness, organisational sizing and implementing sustainable organisational improvements.

Key Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years’ relevant work experience
  • Proven exposure to organisational effectiveness
  • Proven exposure to business restructuring, transformation and people change initiatives
  • Knowledge and exposure to agile organisation design and methodology
  • Theoretical understand and working knowledge of job architecture methodology
  • Good understanding of job evaluation methodology
  • Good understanding of change management frameworks
  • BCom degree in Industrial Psychology, Human Resource Management, or related field (essential)
