Job Summary
Manage day-to-day tasks ensuring quality and productivity, creating and modifying clinical investigator manuals, requisitions and other relevant materials according to SOW requirements.
Ensure that language translations of assigned project related documents are completed in a timely manner and perform QC reviews of translations.
Participate in departmental process improvement initiatives and ensure timely escalation and issue resolution.
