Job Summary

  • You will have the opportunity to lead the factory Maintenance team in the planning and implementation of initiatives that maintain and improve the reliability, effectiveness, and/or efficiency of equipment, technical infrastructure, production lines, and/or facilities.
  • Proposing and managing the annual maintenance budget by monitoring the costs and effectiveness of activities to optimize resources and determining actions to cost issues as necessary.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor degree in Electrical engineering (or related technical field) PLUS minimum 5 years of progressive experience in maintenance within a manufacturing setting OR Associate degree in electrical technology (or related technical field) PLUS 7 years related experience OR HS diploma/GED PLUS 9 years related experience
  • Highly skilled with special focus on electrical test infrastructure as well as on future assembly automation
  • Ability to read engineering drawings and schematics
  • Demonstrated leadership in maintenance with 3rd party providers
  • FIIX software experience
  • SAP experience
