Job Summary

• The Field Service Engineer is responsible for customer satisfaction in all aspects of the job, including increased throughput, decreased downtime, and regular Preventive Maintenance.
• This role reports directly to the District Service Manager and is part of the Life Sciences Service Organization, with a primary service area covering the Mid-Atlantic region.

• associate’s degree in mechanical, electrical, biological science or military equivalent
• 1 year computer literate
• Good Documentation Practices (GDP)
• Minimum 3 years troubleshooting skills
• Local travel required daily
• Ability to travel overnight 40-50% of the time
