The role involves assisting residents with daily functions, mobility, personal hygiene, and preparing them for medical tests while maintaining confidentiality and reporting any changes or incidents.
Employees are expected to cooperate with nursing personnel and other facility staff to ensure quality care and a positive environment for residents throughout the night shift.
