Job Summary
This role leads Pharmacy and Vision Care Operations teams, setting expectations for implementing field merchandise strategies and operations with P&L responsibility.
The role works with managers to identify key priority initiatives, conduct gap analysis, and develop action plans to enhance operational performance and maximize productivity.
Maximizing sales and profit in every store within the region is a key focus, including monitoring metrics and conducting monthly P&L reviews.

Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in health/pharmacy or related field, or equivalent experience
12+ years progressive leadership in multi-site Pharmacy operations or field-based roles
Demonstrated experience driving operational performance through gap analysis and root cause identification
Strong financial and business acumen including P&L management
Proven ability to coach, develop, and influence managers
Experience setting clear operational expectations and reinforcing consistent processes
Ability to analyze and interpret performance data
Strong collaboration and relationship-building skills
Excellent communication skills
Demonstrated commitment to integrity, ethics, and compliance
