Job Summary
The role will develop solutions that improve Evernorth’s awareness of service impacting issues across the enterprise.
The role ensures that business requirements are addressed through the development and support of Grafana-based dashboard solutions, and maintenance of a distributed Grafana platform via CI/CD and Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC).
The role will be responsible for maintaining uptime and reliability of the Grafana platform, not limited to diagnosing, fixing, and general upgrade tasks, escalating more complex issues as needed.
