Handle communication, change processes, documentation, and process improvement for product configuration, installation, upgrades, performance monitoring, security, and continual server improvement.
Plan deployment of new solutions with cross-team communication and engage in continuous improvement and enhancement planning for Infrastructure services.
Support coordination of cross-Enterprise, highly available applications on a global network and collaborate with Development Teams for troubleshooting and deployment issue resolution.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power BI
Strong grasp of business processes and industry regulations, particularly in Healthcare environments
