Job Summary

  • Handle communication, change processes, documentation, and process improvement for product configuration, installation, upgrades, performance monitoring, security, and continual server improvement.
  • Plan deployment of new solutions with cross-team communication and engage in continuous improvement and enhancement planning for Infrastructure services.
  • Support coordination of cross-Enterprise, highly available applications on a global network and collaborate with Development Teams for troubleshooting and deployment issue resolution.
