Key Requirements

  • Graduation from accredited nursing school
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s in psychiatric or mental health nursing preferred
  • Four or more years nursing practice experience
  • Two or more years psychiatric or behavioral health experience
  • Valid current RN license
  • CPR certification and de-escalation training required
  • Two or more years progressive supervisory experience
