This role involves leading a nursing team through hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management to meet department and facility goals while coordinating care with other departments and improving quality and budget management.

Key Requirements

Valid current RN license
CPR certification and de-escalation training required
Two or more years progressive supervisory experience
