Job Summary

  • Coordinates and executes the operational support function for all customer order-related processes, acting as the first point of contact for transaction investigations, forecast accuracy, and inventory administration.
  • Creates and expedites sales orders, coordinates demand planning, participates in Sales/Operations meetings, and maintains price lists, while coordinating with Finance to resolve billing and collection issues.
  • Provides timely reports on forecasts, shipping plans, sales, OTD, safety stock levels, and product history to support various departments and ensures finished product shipments meet customer requirements.
