Job Summary
This is a field-based leadership role responsible for ensuring product access and profitability within Commercial Health Plans, PBM’s, and State Medicaid Accounts.
The Field Director leads, collaborates, and directly manages an external team of Strategic Market Directors accountable for the JJIM portfolio across Commercial, Medicare, and Medicaid Payers.
The role involves managing operational aspects of teams, including budget, performance, and compliance, as well as hiring, developing, assessing, training, and motivating team members.

$150,000.00 - $258,750.00
