Job Summary
You will implement and promote HR policies for our people based in Belgium and Luxembourg, across our three businesses: Fragrance and Beauty, Fashion and Watches and Fine Jewelry.
You will serve as a trusted partner to our people in Belgium and Luxembourg, managing the daily HR activities as follows: Act as a key point of contact for the teams and their managers in order to create and promote a positive working environment, providing advice and ensuring compliance on local labour legislations and regulations as well as internal Chanel policies.
