As a District Manager, OnStar Fleet & Commercial, you will be the primary advocate and trusted advisor for OnStar Fleet & Commercial Connected Services across your assigned dealerships, owning dealer relationships and helping teams successfully sell, onboard, and support fleet and commercial customers
Job Summary
As a District Manager, OnStar Fleet & Commercial, you will be the primary advocate and trusted advisor for OnStar Fleet & Commercial Connected Services across your assigned dealerships, owning dealer relationships and helping teams successfully sell, onboard, and support fleet and commercial customers.
You will deliver impactful training on OnStar Telematics, Video Telematics, Safety Services, and connected vehicle technologies, while also troubleshooting issues and ensuring customers experience the technology they've purchased.
This role requires building strong internal partnerships across GM's field ecosystem, inspiring belief in OnStar's connected ecosystem, and using data and analytics to drive performance and achieve aggressive goals.

Key Requirements
2+ years of experience in sales and customer service
Bachelor's degree or 4+ years of automotive industry experience
Experience working with automotive dealerships, OEMs, and/or fleet telematics providers
Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Copilot)
