Job Summary

• The Partnerships and Education Specialist leads community partnerships, public education, and volunteer engagement for the Common Thread program, serving as the primary liaison between the program and community partners.
• This role develops and executes outreach and education strategies, coordinates volunteer initiatives, and ensures activities align with grant match requirements.
• The position requires strong leadership, trauma-informed and culturally responsive engagement skills, and experience in grant or project management.

• LMSW, LCSW, or LPC certification
• Minimum of 2 years of experience
• Proven ability to design, implement, and evaluate strategies
• Experience serving survivors of human trafficking or vulnerable populations
• Valid State Driver’s License
• Authorized to work for ANY employer in the U.S.
