The Senior Business Analyst plays a key role in ensuring the stability, effectiveness, and continuous improvement of business‑critical systems and processes within the BAU support function.
This role acts as the bridge between operations, technology teams, and business stakeholders, overseeing the analysis, prioritisation, and resolution of incidents, service requests, and enhancement needs.
