Job Summary

  • Lead the entire lifecycle of the “Doing What’s Right” mandatory training programme, focusing on scheduling, tracking, improvement, and future-proofing using technology and learning practices.
  • Own and coordinate the annual Risk & Compliance planning process, acting as a trusted partner to leaders and teams, and develop a year-round Communications Plan.
  • Partner with senior leaders to prepare and justify Capex budgets and follow-up business cases, while supporting teams with compliance-related business continuity and budget tracking.
