5+ years LOA administration experience
Multi-state FMLA ADA PWFA expertise
Vendor management for third-party administrators
Workday or similar leave management systems
Team leadership and coaching capabilities

Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in HR Business Administration or related field
2+ years of leadership or team management experience
Experience in highly regulated multi-site industries
Strong working knowledge of California Oregon Washington Colorado leave laws
